Naziya Sayyed
Founder & Senior Advisor
Naziya, a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow member of the ICAI holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Law degree. With over thirteen years of post-qualification experience, she has spent a decade working with the Big 4 multinational consulting firms (PwC and KPMG). During this time, she provided consultancy services to Indian and international clients on their critical business matters.
Known for being self-driven and highly motivated, she takes great pleasure in simplifying the complexities of Indian Tax and Regulatory systems for her clients.
Her commitment to delivering her best in every assignment and earning her clients’ trust and respect is unwavering.
Shadab Sayyed
Founder & Managing Partner
Shadab holds an MBA degree in Finance and a Masters in Commerce degree.
With over 15 years of experience, he specializes in direct and indirect taxes within the field of Taxation.
He enjoys assisting clients meet their tax compliances and resolve their tax litigation.
